🆓 Free Trials

No, free trials do not auto-renew.

• You can explore the full question bank for 48 hours.
• Once the trial ends, your access will automatically expire.
• You will not be charged unless you choose to purchase a subscription afterward.

💳 Paid Subscriptions

No, subscriptions do not auto-renew (unless you've signed up to our UK Med School or PLAB rolling options - see more here).

• Your subscription gives you access for a fixed time (e.g. 3 months).
• You’ll only be charged once at the time of purchase.
• When your subscription ends, it won’t automatically renew or charge your card.
• If you want to continue, you can manually extend or reactivate your access from your Manage Exams page.

You’ll always know when your subscription ends, and we won’t take any payments without your action.
