How to access or request Your Pastest receipts

Need a receipt for your subscription or purchase? Here’s everything you need to know:

💻 Accessing Receipts for Website Purchases Made After March 5, 2025

You can view and download receipts for recent purchases directly from your account:

1. Log in to your Pastest account.

2. Click on the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner.

3. Select Order History from the dropdown menu.

4. For extra security, you will be asked to enter your Pastest email address, followed by a verification code.

5. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your orders for all purchases made since March 2025

🗂️ Requesting Receipts for Purchases Made Before March 5, 2025

As we recently transitioned to a new platform (Shopify), receipts for purchases made before March 5, 2025 are not available in your account.

You will need to Submit a Request via our web form, including:

• Your full name

• The email address used for the purchase

• The approximate date of purchase (if known)

• The product(s) purchased

Our team will locate the relevant receipt(s) and send them to you as soon as possible.

📱 Receipts for In-App Purchases

If you paid through the Pastest app, your receipt will not appear in your Pastest website account.
Instead, your receipt will be issued by the relevant app store:

• For iOS users: Check your purchase history via the Apple App Store

• For Android users: Check your transactions via the Google Play Store
