We understand that sometimes plans change, you bought the wrong exam by mistake or the resource didn't meet your expectations. In which case, you may be entitled to your money back. Here’s everything you need to know about refunds at Pastest:


💡 Am I Eligible for a Refund?

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your original purchase (this includes the first payment of a rolling subscription - subsequent recurring payments do not apply).
  • You have not made substantial use of the content (e.g. completing multiple sessions).
     

📩 How Do I Request a Refund?

If you meet the above criteria, you can go ahead and request a refund directly from your account (website only). Here's how:

  1. Click on the Order History in your Profile menu at the top of your Pastest Home screen
  2. For extra security, you will be asked to enter your Pastest email address, followed by a verification code
  3. Once on your Order History page, click 'Request Return' on the product purchase you would like refunding
  4. Finally, you'll be asked to select a Reason - once you have done this, you can click the 'Request Return' button to complete the process
  5. If your request is approved, see what happens next (below)
  6. If your request is rejected (likely as the order is over 14 days ago), you will be notified by email

     


⏳ When Will My Refund Be Completed?

Once your refund is approved it will be processed via the original payment method (you’ll receive an email confirming this). Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.


❌ I Bought the Wrong Exam or Duration — What Should I Do?

If you’ve purchased the wrong exam or subscription length by mistake, you'll just need to request a refund as per the above steps within 14 days of your order. Unfortunately we have no way of swapping you on to a different product or duration, so a full refund is your only option.


📱 I Purchased via the App — How Do I Get a Refund?

If you bought your subscription via the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, refunds must be requested through them directly. Here’s how:

  • Visit play.google.com
  • Select "Order History"
  • Find the transaction and click "Request a Refund"
