No worries — it happens to the best of us! Resetting your password is quick and easy:
How to Reset Your Password
From the login screen, select the “Forgot Your Password?” link
Enter your email address and click “Verify Code”
Check your inbox for the code and enter it where prompted
You’ll then be able to create a new password and log in as normal
If you don’t receive the code within a few minutes, double-check your spam or junk folder.
Can I change my Email Address too?
Unfortunately not - you'll need to contact our Customer Support team to make this happen. We are working on giving our users the ability to do this themselves within the product - so watch this space!
