🔍 What Happens Next?
Once we receive your idea, here’s what we do:
1. We Review It
Your idea will be reviewed by our Product and Customer Success teams. We regularly gather and assess feedback from customers to spot patterns and opportunities for improvement.
2. We Log It
If the idea isn’t something we can act on right away, we log it in our internal feedback system for future planning and consideration — especially during product roadmap reviews.
3. We May Follow Up
If we need more information or decide to explore your idea further, someone from our team may get in touch for a quick chat or to test a prototype in future.
4. We Prioritise Based on Impact
We look at things like:
- How many users the idea would benefit
- How well it fits into our long-term goals
- The complexity or development effort involved
Even if an idea isn’t implemented right away, it helps shape future improvements and features.
